I am interested in a cluster of issues that overlap the areas of philosophy of mind, philosophy of psychology and philosophy of language. Particularly, I am interested in problems concerning the content of mental states, both propositional (e.g., beliefs) and non-propositional (e.g., perceptual experience, or so I think). Also of interest to me are problems that arise from trying to square a naturalistically respectable theory of mind with some robust version of intentional realism. Other interests include issues in action theory, moral psychology and metaethics.
