We are delighted to announce that Professor Richard McKirahan will be a Visiting Professor at the Department during the next three years. McKirahan is Edwin Clarence Norton Professor of Classics and Professor of Philosophy at Pomona College, the President of the Society for Ancient Greek Philosophy, and the author of numerous books and papers on Aristotle and on Pre-Socratic philosophy.  Professor McKirahan will be teaching classes in F16 and W17, and we anticipate that he will also be teaching in the Department during 2017-18 and 2018-19.
